The M1A SOCOM 16 CQB is purpose designed for close range engagements against serious threats. The 16.25" carbon steel barrel is tipped with a small but efficient muzzle brake for fast follow-up shots. Springfield Armory® also offers the M1A SOCOM 16 CQB from the factory with a HEX™ Dragonfly™ red dot sight. This compact, rugged, and effective red dot mounts to the stripper clip guide in the perfect spot for close range, both-eyes-open engagements. A heavy-duty rifle bag is included with each M1A. It features a padded foam shell, adjustable interior Velcro straps, and a muzzle protector to ensure the rifle and any mounted optics are protected during transportation.
